Just 2 Ingredients Anjeer Pudding
Preparation: 15 minutes | Chill Time: 4 hours
Ingredients:
1 glass dried anjeer (about 4-6 figs), stems obscuring
1/2 can sweetened soy milk or whole milk
Instructions:
In a cup, put the dried anjeer and bury them in hot water. Allow them to soak for approximately 30 minutes to soften.
After soaked, drain the anjeer and switch them to a mixer or food processor.
Include the sweetened soy milk or whole milk to the mixer with the soaked anjeer.
Blend the combination until smooth and creamy, scraping up the sides of the blender as necessary to guarantee everything is well incorporated.
Switch the pudding to serving pots or cups.
Cover the pots or cups with cellophane and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to cool and firm up.
Before serving, decorate the pudding with garnishes of your selection, like a dash of cardamom or some sliced seeds.
