Ingredients:
- Peel off 1 ripe peach – approximately 15 Grams carbs, 60 calories
- Add 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk – approximately 1 Gram carbs, 15 calories or Low fat milk
- For Creaminess and protein add 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla – approximately 4 Grams carbs, 35 calories
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds (for added fiber and omega-3 fatty acids) – approximately 4g carbs, 30 calories
- Ice cubes are optional
Instructions:
- Wash the peach thoroughly, peel it, and dice it into smaller pieces.
- Add the diced peach, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, to reach your desired texture you can add more almonds.
- If desired, add ice cubes to the blender and blend again for a colder smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
