Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries) – approximately 10g carbs, 40 calories
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk – approximately 1g carbs or Low fat milk, 15 calories
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla (for creaminess and protein) – approximately 4g carbs, 35 calories
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds (for added fiber and omega-3 fatty acids) – approximately 4g carbs, 30 calories
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- After washing the berries thoroughly and removing any stems.
- Add the berries, Greek yogurt, almond milk (low fat milk), and chia seeds to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes for a colder texture.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
