Prep Time: 5 minutes (plus overnight setting)
Serving Size: 1 cup

Ingredients:
- 1 cup low fat milk (240ml)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (30g)
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, blended (80g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl or jar, combine milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
2. Blend the strawberries to a smooth puree and stir in the chia mixture.
3. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to let the chia seeds thicken.
4. Serve chilled and top with a few slices of fresh strawberry.
